Al Ghosh, PhD

Dr. Al Ghosh is Professor of Accountancy at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, City University of New York.

Dr. Ghosh served as the Accounting Academic Fellow at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has taught at other institutions as an adjunct including Emory University, Columbia University, Tulane University, Bocconi University (Italy), Yonsei University (Korea), American University of Paris (France), Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand), UST-Hong Kong (Hong Kong), and Indian Institute of Management (India).

Dr. Ghosh has served as an advisor to several hedge funds, NYSE Euronext, accounting firms, and other financial institutions. He is a consultant for Gerson Lehrman for more than 15 years and serves as an expert witness on accounting and finance matters. Dr. Ghosh is an Independent Director, and Audit Committee Chair, of a SEC registered mutual fund (Center Asset Funds) with more than $300 million in net asset value. Dr. Ghosh holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Economics from Tulane University, New Orleans.
